Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened beauty or health products may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Opened or used beauty products
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Products returned after the 30-day return period

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
